The decorative frame swirls with dainty white rhinestones, white marquise-cut gems, and an upside-down blue gem for a timelessly over-the-top sparkle. Bordered by glassy white rhinestones, an upright, smaller blue teardrop gem creates a dainty fringe at the bottom of the frame for an additional pop of elegant color.
